Welcome to TimbreSpace! These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including the sample pack uploader and other features.

User Content

Responsibility for Uploaded Content

By using the sample pack uploader, whether through an anonymous account created via a JSON Web Token (JWT) or while logged in, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including ensuring it does not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal obligations.
• Timbrespace does not review or verify uploaded content for ownership or legality and will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from content you provide.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timbrespace, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the uploader, including but not limited to legal actions regarding intellectual property violations.

Limitation of Liability

Timbrespace is not responsible for any issues related to the use of the sample pack uploader, including but not limited to:

• Technical problems caused by cookies or JWTs used to enable uploader functionality.
• Claims or disputes related to the content you upload.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload content that violates any laws, including intellectual property laws or privacy laws.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security features tied to cookies or JWTs.
• Upload harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content that may disrupt services or harm other users.
